About Us
In the last 20 years, Flightstore has grown into a brand that stands for trust, reliability and a real attention to detail for customers and suppliers alike. More recently we have been making headlines with our ‘fair pricing tariff.’ It's something that we have been practising for many years and our existing customers tell us that it’s one of the key reasons why they choose us over other providers.
Space, something that the majority of our clients don't have enough of, is what we offer alongside our distribution and logistics services and our environmentally friendly document storage and shredding services. Imagine three football pitches side-by-side; that's the size of our warehouse. 26,000 ft.² of secure, dry and clean storage space with plenty of free parking directly outside.
What do we store on your behalf? At one end of the scale we can store your confidential business records in our archiving facility, whether you need to store 10 or 10,000 boxes. At the other end of the scale, we can store and distribute, virtually anything from pallet storage to 6 Rolls-Royce aeroplane engines. We recently stored over 40,000 wheelie bins for a local authority!
When we asked our customers recently why they use Flightstore here's what they said
- Our fair pricing tariff is both competitive and ethical. We don't recruit customers on the basis of 'free storage' and then charge a hefty retrieval fee (or a handling fee as it's sometimes referred to.) What's more, we don't round up a customers final bill to the week or month end or charge exorbitant delivery charges.
- Because we are members of the United Kingdom Warehousing (UKWA) and our Managing Director is a board member, we fly the flag for a customer centred, professional approach.
- We can respond to customers requests within the hour whether it's a document that has to be found and delivered urgently, storage items that need to be distributed or confidential documents that have to be collected, shredded and recycled.
